Jordana was born May 6, 1973, in Bethesda, Maryland, the daughter of Bill Martin and the late Kathleen Tatman. She married her husband, Andy Rieger in 1996.
Jordana was a devoted mother and wife, avid photographer, skier, and traveler with a passion for reading, art, Westerns, and being in the mountains. She attended Brigham Young University and the University of North Carolina at Pembroke where she studied English Literature and foreign languages.
Jordana had a special gift for transforming any house into a family home, something she had the opportunity to do often in her adult life as her family moved around the globe first with the U.S. Army and then with ExxonMobil. She had a wonderful eye for design mixing well-styled artifacts and family treasures to create a beautiful welcoming home for all.
As she moved from one location to the next, with her graciousness and warmth Jordana formed connections that quickly grew into life-long friendships throughout the world.
Jordana was an amazing mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, and woman whose legacy continues in all the lives she touched.
She is survived by her husband, Andy; her daughters Isabella and Aurora; her parents Bill and Kim Martin of Cortland, Ohio; her twin brother Erik Martin; her brother Jesse Tatman; her sisters Lara Tatman, Emily Martin, and Mrs. Jenna (Dustin) Wright.
She is preceded in death by her mother Kathleen Tatman of Columbus, Ohio.
A memorial celebration will be held at the Forest Park Funeral Home in The Woodlands, Texas, on Wednesday April 25, 2018 at 2:00 P.M.
