She brought joy and warmth to everyone she knew. Her kindness, wisdom, and gentle spirit will be deeply missed. She is preceded in death by her husband Horacio Mederos, mother Maria Magdalena Pena, Father Ernesto Adames, siblings Pedro Adames, Ernesto Adames, and Veneranda Adames. Juana Mederos is survived by, son German B. Portorreal, daughter-in-law Carla P. Sibaja, grandchildren Carlos I. Portorreal and Nathanael Portorreal, siblings Jose Andre Adames and Fermin Adames.
All services for Juana will take place at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home & Cemetery, 18000 Interstate 45 S, The Woodlands, Texas 77384. A visitation will be held Monday, January 29, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, January 30, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM to be followed by a committal service from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
