Justin Carter Ramsey, 42, of The Woodlands, Texas, entered the presence of his Savior, Jesus Christ, on October 21, 2025. Though his time on earth ended far too soon, his life overflowed with purpose, laughter, and a steadfast faith that left an eternal mark on all who knew him.
Born in Houston, Texas, on July 21, 1983, Justin lived every day with intention. He was witty, smart, loyal, and full of life—always the one with a smirk, a plan, and a heart ready to serve. He was a man who loved people deeply, made everyone feel seen, and lived with both ambition and humility.
Justin graduated from Texas Christian University and earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from UTHealth School of Dentistry. His career was defined by excellence and innovation. A true dental-preneur, he was a dentist, shareholder in MB2, and founder of Spine and Rehab Partners. He was also an active member of EO, where his leadership and vision inspired many. Yet for all his success, Justin’s greatest accomplishments were not professional—they were relational.
He and Kelley, his beloved wife and best friend, built a life centered on faith, community, and family. Today, more than anything, Justin and Kelley would both want you to know that Jesus has always been everything for them, often uttering, “God’s Got This.” Even now, Justin would want everyone to know that Jesus brings beauty from ashes (Isaiah 61:1-3) and turns mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11). In the midst of our pain, he’d want us to find hope in Jesus.
Together they founded Waiting in Hope Infertility Support Ministries, a nonprofit born from their own story and their desire to walk with others through similar struggles. Their shared heart for ministry and people was evident in all they did, especially through their involvement with Church Project and their House Church, where they loved hosting friends, worshipping, and building life-giving relationships.
Justin was passionate about experiences—they were his love language. Whether captaining the family boat on Lake Conroe, teaching the boys to wake surf or zup board, or laughing as he threw all the kids he loved off the tube, he found joy in every moment. He and Kelley also made countless memories in the mountains—skiing, hiking, and breathing in the wonder of creation together. Above all, the thing Justin valued most in this life was his family—Kelley, Carter, Greyson, and Hudson were his world.
He is survived by his loving wife Kelley Ramsey and their three sons, Carter, Greyson, and Hudson; his parents, Steve and Jamie Ramsey; his brothers, Caleb Ramsey and his wife Sarah, and Jacob Ramsey and his wife Megan; and his grandmothers, Nancy Sims and Betty Ramsden.
A Celebration of Justin’s Life will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Church Project, 602 Pruitt Rd, The Woodlands, TX 77380. Light refreshments and fellowship will follow. Guests are encouraged to wear colors—Justin’s favorites were blue and purple.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Waiting in Hope Ministries at waitinginhopeinfertility.com/give, the ministry Justin and Kelley founded to bring encouragement and hope to those walking through infertility.
Justin’s faith has now become sight. His family and friends grieve deeply, but not without hope—knowing that he is whole, joyful, and home with Jesus. We will see you later.
