Loyce Wilson, born November 29, 1934 went peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior on December 11, 2014. She is survived by her husband of over sixty years, Byman Wilson, her daughter Laurie Ann Wilson and grand-daughter Bailey Wilson Williams. She is survived by her step-mother Martha May. She is also survived by her sister Loretta Jones and her husband Stan, brother Lewis May and his wife Marsha. She is survived by her brother-in-law Ernest Wilson and his wife Vaudine. She is survived by her Aunt, Brownie Tune. She was preceded in death by her mother Jewiel Williamson and husband Casey Williamson and father Lewis Oren May. She was preceded in death by her uncles and aunts, most lived in Alabama.
Loyce lived a good christian life and was a member of the Church of Christ since childhood. She was a charter member of the Bammel Church of Christ in the Spring Texas area. She was a graduate of the Galena Park High School and a member of the schools Accapella choir.
Loyce was outgoing, friendly, and always there to give a helping hand. She was a loving, giving wife, mother and grand-mother. She was devoted to her family and friends and would help them whenever and where ever possible. She delighted in her husbands sense of humor and the antics of her little Yorkie, Abby.
Services will be held at the Forest Park Funeral Home in the Woodlands, Texas on December 14, 2014 at 2 pm. Brother Charles Mickey will officiate. Viewing will be one hour before the service.
