Jane graduated from Frostproof High School and became a bookkeeper at various places before taking on her most prized job as mother to her four beautiful children. Later, she worked again as a bookkeeper for her son James for 18 years before retiring. Jane is preceded in death by her husband of 42 years James W. Campbell, Jr., her parents and sister Frankie Cross and brother Donnie Thompson.
She is survived by her sister Sharie Winegard, daughters Shirley Campbell and Sheila Gonzalez and husband Antonio; sons James W. Campbell, III and wife Martha and John W. Campbell and wife Tracy; grandchildren Maggie, A.J. and wife Savannah, Joshua and Jason Gonzalez, Cole and wife Christi and Craig Campbell, Sunshine and Jove Campbell and Amorette Quintanilla and one great-grandson, Anzo Gonzalez.
