Margaret graduated from Bridgeport High School in Bridgeport, West Virginia. She continued her education at Fairmont State University, in Fairmont, West Virginia, where she received her Bachelor of Nursing degree. Margaret enjoyed a long and successful career as a Registered Nurse working at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, West Virginia and multiple nursing homes in Texas.
On May 18, 1968, Margaret married her beloved husband Kenneth Edgar Adams. The couple raised their children together and recently celebrated their 57th anniversary, a testament to their love and devotion.
Margaret loved sports and was a fan of the Astros, the Texans, and the Rockets. Home and Garden TV fueled her interest in gardening and home design, and she also enjoyed QVC.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Edgar Adams; her sons, Brian Curtis Adams, Joseph Mark Adams, Eric Matthew Adams (Failey Adams), and Todd Michael Adams (Kelley Adams); her grandchildren, Katilyn Allison Adams, Shelby Ann Adams, Randall Todd Adams, Ryleigh Ann Adams, and Ryan Joshua Adams; her brother, Michael Nicewarner (Joan Nicewarner) of Bridgeport, West Virginia; her brother-in-law, Ralph Gary Adams (Lorainne Adams) of Connecticut; and her sister-in-law, Mary Anne Barnett of Italy,
Texas. She was predeceased by her parents, Joe and Ruby Nicewarner.
Visitation will be held on July 16, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home & Cemetery, Grand Hall, 18000 Interstate 45 South, The Woodlands, TX 77384.
The funeral service will follow on July 16, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at the same location.
A graveside service will take place on July 16, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home & Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Brian Curtis Adams, Joseph Mark Adams, Eric Matthew Adams, Todd Michael Adams, Randall Todd Adams, and Ryan Joshua Adams.
