Mr. Martin Henry Shupp

Services for Mr. Martin Henry Shupp will be Thursday, July 28, 2022 at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home located at 18000 I-45 S, The Woodlands, Texas 77384. The family will begin receiving friends at 1:00 p.m. in the Grand Hall and the service will follow at 2:00 p.m. Then, the family invites you to stay for a reception from 3 - 5:00 p.m. in the R.L. Wood Event Center.

Martin's big personality, big laugh, and even bigger heart will be remembered by all who knew him. Martin died suddenly and unexpectedly July 1, 2022. He was born December 3, 1962 and was 59 years of age. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Susanna; his son, Charlie; daughter, Annie; his mother, Elisabeth; brother, Michael; sister, Monique; niece, Hailey; and nephew, Nicholas. His two beloved dogs, Winston and Teddy, still wait at the door for his homecoming.

Martin was a great father and devoted husband. He enjoyed spending time with his family, and never missed an opportunity to tell them how proud he was of them. Martin grew up all over the world including Germany, Thailand, Guam and Hawaii. He wanted to be a pilot from the time he was 3 years old and got his first job at Hawaiian airlines when he was just 23 years old. He spent the past 25 years flying for United Airlines, legacy Continental. He loved flying, traveling the world, meeting new people, and enjoying big adventures. He was a friend and mentor to many. His smile and spirit will be missed.
