Mason was born November 24th, 2006 at Clear Lake Regional. From the day Mason was brought home he was a light in our lives. By the time Mason was about 2 years old we discovered Mason had Cerebral Palsy.
He did not let his disability get in the way of his determination to do things he loved, like sitting on the floor and playing with his toys and siblings. As Mason got older, he discovered the computer and YouTube. Mason taught himself how to use it with the navigation solely from the mouse. He loved watching Peppa Pig, Vines, Sponge Bob and other videos. While playing those videos, Mason would open Google Maps and tour downtown Houston. This by far was his favorite thing to do. He enjoyed it so much he would pull you from whatever you were doing to come sit in the room with him and read all the signs. In the 12 short years Mason was with us he touched so many hearts around him and brought so much joy.
Mason is survived by his Mother, Michele, Father, Howard and siblings Dylan, Taylor, Logan and Ryleigh. Grandparents Suzanne and Danny Swope, Mack and Shirley Minshew and Aunt Marissa Anderson.
