She was married to Gilbert Fehn, the first building inspector for The Woodlands. For twenty-nine years she volunteered at Memorial Hermann Hospital. She was a member of the Bluebonnet Garden Club.
She had a great passion for her family. She is survived by her two daughters, Debbie Carpenter and Judy Pels Schloerb; her grandchildren, Shannon and Larry Madison, Kelly Carpenter, Frank and Lacey Morgan, and Cord and Jamie Carpenter, Chad and Christy Dorman; her great grandchildren, Mitchell and Ryan Madison, Gavin, Ellie and Hadley Morgan, and Co Carpenter, Courtney Keathley, Summer and Logan Dorman.
A family memorial will be held at a later date.
