She was born in Guyana on January 16, 1951. Nelly graduated from UK Nursing School and received her degree in nursing while living in London.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, sister, and nephews.
She is survived by her daughters; Natalie (Brad) Toler, Naomi (Chris) Manno. Grandchildren; Emily and Noah. Siblings; Damini, Max, and Jai.
A Visitation for Nelly will be held Sunday, September 15, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home, 18000 Interstate 45 S, The Woodlands, TX 77384, followed by a Celebration of Life from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
