Pat was born September 14, 1955, in Parkersburg, West Virginia, to Phillip and Rosemary (Bumgardner) Kieth. A proud descendant of the Hatfield family, she often shared vivid stories of her childhood—growing up on the land, riding horses into town, and the close-knit traditions of her family. Her early years were rooted in faith, family, and hard work before moving to Cleveland, Ohio as a teenager, where her family expanded through her mother’s marriage to Warren F. Albrecht. She remained close to her extended Albrecht family throughout her life.
Pat is survived by her devoted husband of 40 years, Eric Johnson; her daughter, Nicole Johnson; and her beloved grandchildren, Drake and Allie.
Pat lived a life defined by curiosity, courage, and a deep desire to help others. An entrepreneur at heart, she built multiple businesses, including an oil and gas recruiting firm and an accredited residential school for at-risk teens—changing the lives of many who had been overlooked. In the early days of the internet, she helped bring financial education to millions. Later, as a Certified Kolbe Life Coach, she continued to live out her simple but powerful mantra: “I just want to help people.”
Her greatest pride was mentoring her daughter and watching her grow into a successful business owner.
Pat will be remembered for her warmth, her smile, her humor, her stories, her strength, and her unwavering belief in people. She leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and impact that will live on in all who knew her.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
