Peter was preceded in death by his parents, Mike and Mary Bisesi, his sister Winnie Bisesi and his loving wife of 62 years Dorothy Bisesi. He is survived by his son Michael Bisesi, wife Chris and their daughter Emily of Seattle, daughter Betty Bisesi and David Lewis of Spring, and son Mark Bisesi, wife Lynn and grandson Paul of Denver.
Peter was a graduate of St. Mathias High School and Muscatine Junior College in Muscatine, Iowa, St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa and the Columbia University Navy Program. He enlisted in the Navy in 1942 and remained in active duty until 1946. He was in the Reserves until 1950.
He was a member of the Houston and The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce. He was also past president of The Woodlands Friends of the Library and helped initiate the Montgomery County library bond issue.
Peter was a resident of Houston from 1958 until 1986, when he and his wife moved to The Woodlands.
He was employed by Remington Rand/Unisys and Advanced Office Systems for 39 years.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. with a Rosary service at 6:00 P.M.,Tuesday, October 9, 2012 in the Chapel at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial is set for 11:00 A.M. at Saints Simon and Jude Catholic Church, 26777 Glen Loch Dr., The Woodlands, Texas 77381. Interment will follow in Forest Park The Woodlands Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family requests a donation be made to the Houston Area Parkinson Society.
