Reba V. Wright

Reba was born on October 18, 1929 in Adair County, Kentucky to John Will and Mary (Hatcher) Vaughn, who preceded her in death along with 11 older siblings.

Reba spent years working as a cosmetic professional for DH Holmes department store and on December 31, 1977, Reba married the love of her life, Bill Wright. They lived a very rich and full life, living abroad in Brazil, South Korea, and Scotland.

She enjoyed ski trips to Colorado, spending time with family and friends at their lake house in Lake Conroe before settling in Houston.

Reba had two sons, Jimmy, who preceded her in death and is survived by her son Jerry Gentry, three step-children; Gary Joe and Jeanette Wright, Kimberly and Michael Thigpen, and John Randall Wright, grandchildren; Katie Wright, Emily and Blayne Kettlewell, Noelle Wright, Natalie Wright, Jack and Theresa Hughes, Josh and Amy Gentry, and great-grandchildren; Taylor, Corey, Eli, Cullen, Dani, Madison, Nathan and Mara. She and Bill were members of the Woodlands Church.

A memorial service will be held to honor her life, Sunday, 2:00 p.m., October 15, 2017 at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home, 18000, I-45 South, The Woodlands, Texas. A reception will be held in Forest Park's event room prior to the service starting at 12:00 p.m.
