Ricardo was born in El Paso, Texas on March 12, 1951 where he graduated from Irvin High School. On May 26, 1976 he married Gloria Balli, and together, they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this year—a true testament to their lasting love and devotion. They raised their son in a home filled with warmth and laughter, and in his later years, Ricardo took great joy in spending time with his 3 grandchildren.
Ricardo proudly served his country as a career U.S. Army veteran, retiring after many years of dedicated service. Outside of his military service, he was a man of many passions. He enjoyed the quiet of a favorite fishing spot, the energy and excitement of NHRA (National Hot Rod Association) racing, and the rhythm of his favorite music.
Ricardo was preceded in death by his parents Jose Angel and Emma Balli and his brother Juan Manuel Balli.
He is survived by his wife Gloria Balli; his son Ricardo Balli and daughter-in-law Yvette; grandchildren Jazmyne Alyssa Balli, Ricardo Balli, Jr., and Caleb Antonio Balli; and his brothers and sisters Jose Angel, Augustina, Ana Maria, Ruben, Esteban, Thomas, Dolores, David, Sylvia, and Hector.
