Richard was a loving husband, dad, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife Christene; his daughter Patricia Roome, her husband Rick Roome, and their sons Travis Roome and Jake Roome; and his daughter Tina Morsbach, her husband Trey Morsbach, and their son Jack Morsbach and daughter Kate Morsbach. His presence in each of their lives will be greatly missed.

A funeral service will occur Sunday, July 23, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 18000 Interstate 45 S, The Woodlands, TX 77384. A committal service will occur Sunday, July 23, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM, 18000 Interstate 45 S, The Woodlands, TX 77384.
A reception will be held following the gravesite service at The Woodlands Country Club Palmer Course located at 100 Grand Fairway Drive, The Woodlands TX 77381.
