Robert was born in Houston, Texas on October 20, 1984. He attended North Shore Senior High School, but received his high school diploma from Accelerated Center for Education, June 2003.
Robert was a Service Manager for Golf Cars of Houston and was an avid fisherman. He loved spending time with his family, working on his boat, and riding his motorcycle. Robert was a wonderful son, husband, father, friend, and co-worker.
He was preceded in death by: Charles Wayne Nakunz, grandfather; James Earl Cryer, grandfather; and Gregg Alan Nakunz, uncle.
He is survived by: Rebecca Koster Cryer, wife; Ava Elise Cryer, daughter; Paul and Tracey Cryer, parents; Barbara Nakunz Parton, grandmother; Annie Marlene Moncrief, grandmother; Rhonda and Christopher Goolsby, sister and brother-in-law; Rachel Diane Cryer, sister; Janet and Don Guthrie, mother-in-law and father-in-law; Keith Koster, father-in-law; Kristen and Dustin DiStefano, sister-in-law and brother-in-law; Sean Koster, brother-in-law; Olivia Goolsby, niece; Victoria Goolsby niece; Chase DiStefano, nephew; Remi DiStefano, niece; Shelley and Henry Robert, aunt and uncle; Regina and John Baldwin, aunt and uncle; Kim and Lee Hobratschk, aunt and uncle; Melissa and Fermin Rodriguez, aunt and uncle; Brandon James Cryer, uncle; and cousins: Emily Robert, Heather Dowies, Brooke Baldwin, Alyssa Baldwin, Brandon Hobratschk, Brandi Hobratschk-Pizana, Blake Hobratschk, Eric Rodriguez, Morgan Frazier, Jared Rodriguez, Ashley Rodriguez, Christopher Nakunz, and Christyn Smith.
Visitation is scheduled from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 24, 2019. Services will be held on Friday, October 25, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Forest Park The Woodlands, 18000 I-45 South, The Woodlands, Texas.
