I remember the first time I met Rob when we worked together. Here's this quiet, clean cut, nice guy working as a sales manager at a car dealership...this just will NOT work out. Turns out he has the biggest heart, let me help you attitude, and I'll go out of my way to make my customers happy mentality. We were instantly friends. Even after we both left the dealership I always checked in with Rob from time to time (talk shop), and ask about family. Rob was one of the "good people" that you hope to meet in your of those guys that always looked out for people and would put others before himself. I appreciated that about him, and wish I had 10 more friends just like him. He will never be forgotten. Godspeed my friend...see you again someday.

I work with Heather and all I ever heard her speak were good things of her husband Rob. I remember H left her phone at home and Rob called me so I can have H call him back, that was the shortest but kindest conversation i've had. Peaceful rest to you Rob. You're memory will live on within the hearts of your Wife, son, mother, father, brother and entire collection of family and friends. Wish we could have met in person to cheer on our Texans together :)

I can remember the first time learning about Heather and Robert's relationship. Heather along with me and our close knit group of friends were sitting in Mr. Inde's Economics class our senior year and as ancient as it sounds, Heather had a hand-written note from Robert. We all read it, giggled and teased her about her budding relationship with Robert. I can remember her being full of enthusiasm over what the world around us calls ‘young teenage love'.

Five years later, I had the privilege of witnessing Heather and Robert unite in marriage. Their love for one another was sweet and genuine. It was very apparent that day how much Robert loved and adored Heather. Just in that one day, I remember seeing how he respected, protected and cared for her.

The last time I saw Robert and Heather together was a week or two after Brady had been born. They both had huge, proud, joyful smiles on their face. It was sincerely heartwarming to see a man talk and express love for a baby as much as Robert did. Brady completed the perfect life Robert and Heather shared.

I know in my heart that Robert left this Earth knowing and trusting that Heather will continue to nurture, protect and love their baby boy. I know Robert's absolute character, the respect and love for Heather and his love for his family will live through to Brady.

With His Grace, may Heather and Brady find comfort and strength in their time of loss.
