Robert Spieker, 64, of The Woodlands, Texas went to be with the Lord on June 20, 2012. He was born July 12, 1947, in Elk City, Oklahoma to the late George and Anna Marie Spieker. He is also preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Ronnie Hoffman, and mother-in-law, Virginia Mischley. Bob is survived by his wife, Janice Spieker, of 36 years; daughter, Amy Gunn and husband, Taylor; son, Jon Spieker; sister, Evelyn Hoffman; and father-in-law, Clarence Mischley.
Bob retired from Shell Oil Company. He was a member of Sts. Simon & Jude Catholic Church and served as president of the Men’s Club from June 2011 - June 2012, volunteered and was involved in the Knights of Columbus. Bob was a loving husband, father, brother and friend who will be greatly missed.
A Mass of Christian Burial is set for 10:00 A.M., Monday, June 25, 2012, at Sts. Simon & Jude Catholic Church, 26777 Glen Loch, The Woodlands, Texas 77381. Interment will follow in Forest Park The Woodlands Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., with a Rosary/Vigil service at 7:00 P.M., Sunday, June 24, 2012, at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home.
