After several years, with the Roerig Division of Pfizer, Rocky founded Romar Consulting Associates in 1986, a training company devoted exclusively to the needs of the pharmaceutical and health care industries. While president of Romar, Rocky was honored to be inducted into the Society of Pharmaceutical and Biotech Trainers Hall of Fame. Romar continues to this day under the ownership of his good friend, David Davis.
