She was born in Trinity, Texas on February 27, 1952. Gale graduated from Sam Houston High School. She was married to Billy Brook on November 18, 1983.
Gale worked in Data Supervision for the City of Houston/Houston Fire Department. She was a member of Hidden Valley Church of Christ and had a passion for helping people.
She was survived by her daughter, Amber Brook of Houston; sons, Brandon Brook of Houston, Mark Brook of Knoxville, Tennessee; grandson, Caleb Brook of Knoxville, Tennessee; and brothers, Bobby and Dale Baker.
