Sarah Louise Nichols

It is with great sorrow and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our dearly beloved daughter, sister, wife, and mother, Sarah Louise Nichols. Sarah passed away surrounded by family on the afternoon of Wednesday November 27, 2024, in Houston, Texas. Even an entire ocean apart Sarah felt the presence of her family and loved ones in England and Wales with her as she peacefully departed this world.

Sarah was born March 3, 1980, in Haverford West, Pembrokeshire and grew up in Milford Haven in her childhood home overlooking Scotch Bay. She moved to Clear Lake, Texas in 1989 and returned home to Wales for a short period before returning to The Woodlands, Texas in her later childhood years. For brief periods, she would go on to live in Cardiff, Wales and Glasgow, Scotland before settling in Conroe and then finally, Atascocita, Texas where she lived with her sons and her husband Chris. Sarah and Chris returned to her beautiful home of Wales to marry amongst the meadows, woodlands, and gently rolling hills of Narberth on July 16, 2022.

Sarah was preceded in death by grandparents Adrienne Hughes, George Clark, and Malcolm Stephens all of whom had a special place in her heart and Sarah in theirs.

We shall all remember her contagious laughter and her beautiful smile. Sarah had a passion for all people and filled all the lives of those she encountered with such joy. She was a wonderful, strong woman and loving mother to her three boys: Adam, Liam, and Elliot as well as a cherished daughter to parents Alison and Rob and Ian and Liz. She was the oldest of her siblings: Dan, James, Rachel, Kirsty, Robert, and Stephanie whom she prided in “tormenting” with love as sisters do.

Sarah is loved and adored by countless friends and family members. She was the color; the spark of life and joy in each of our lives. She will eternally be missed.

A memorial service for Sarah will be held Saturday, December 7, 2024 at 3:00 PM at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home, 18000 I 45 South, The Woodlands, TX 77384.
