I served with Tim in the 2/4 Cavalry in Germany in the 1960s. Tim was a distinguished young soldier who earned a promotion to Sergeant in less than two years' service. An unforgettable man.

My deepest condolences to the Daigle family.  I had the great pleasure of working with Tim at Allstates Engineering and I have such great memories of his wonderful sense of humor and admired how proud he was of his great family!  We both enjoyed old cars and had some wonderful conversations of on all time favorites.  Tim amazed me with his dedication to staying fit and he was a great inspiration to many.  I did not know he was ill but I know he will be greatly missed and he definitely made this world better by all that he gave to others! The things about Tim that I will miss the most:
• How he exuded passion for a subject that most of us didn't understand.  I was always fascinated by his ability to become engrossed in the smallest details - things that most of us don't question or we take for granted.   Whether it's a 3-D drawing, how an airplane was designed, or … well, I can't remember some of the conversations because I didn't understand most of the discussion! 
• The way he would grab you and give you a wonderful bear hug “hello”, telling you without words how much he cared about you.
• His love of nature! I will miss his tours of the back yard as he showed me the progress of his garden and coy pond.  Last time he took me around to the grapefruit tree and loaded me up for my trip back to Memphis.  
• The memories he created while at the country – fishing in the lake, showing Nathalie how to shoot a 22, playing with new boxer puppies inside, and especially sitting on the deck visiting with family.  
• His homemade wine – every batch was different but memorable.  You never knew what it would taste like but it was so much fun to pop the cork – if it didn't pop itself!
• His creative and artistic talents!  I'm thankful Tim gave me several of his pen & ink drawings and an etched glass piece that I proudly display.  On a more unusual note, I will never forget the 8 – 10 ft. leafless tree art structure he placed in the front yard at Christmas time.  He was so proud of that but all we could do was gape at it with awe (and a little dismay)!  Perspective is everything, and in the end it was the most memorable “Christmas” yard decoration I will ever remember and it still makes me chuckle when I think about it!
• How much I could tell that he loved my sister!  Both were so uniquely suited to each other. No matter what, through the good times and the challenges, they stood side-by-side through it all.

Tim is gone from this earth, but his presence will continue to be felt - through Rossalyn I see his love of family and his “can do” attitude, through Kallan his love of the outdoors and Mustangs, and through Lowell his love for adventure and living for the moment!

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Tim, he coach our son in baseball with his son.  I know your loss is painful but know Gods comfort and mercy is close to you at this time of need.

Mrs. Daigle, we only recently learned of Tim's passing.  We would like to offer our condolences for you and your family.  We remember Tim from our Conroe Little League days, Sincerely, Joe and Ronda Scarborough..

Jean, Tim and I wish to tell you "we are so sorry to hear about the loss of your beloved Tim." My best memory of Tim was his love of moon flowers which got me started long ago planting them on our ranch. I will miss the many conversations I shared with Tim about gardening tips and music, especially jazz. He loved to show off his mutual knowledge of rare jazz artists that not many people knew of, LOL. He was a true music enthusiast. Tim will be missed and always remembered.

I knew Tim at Austin HS.  I just remember his quick wit and the way he could make you laugh.  I hadn't seen him since graduation but he made an impression on me.  I am sorry for your loss.

What I remember the most about him, is when we would visit Y'all and he would show us his backyard. He was so proud of it , and I don't blame him. He was always smiling & joking around. And you could tell how much he loved Jean Ellen just by the way he looked at her and how much he loved his children. He always had good things to say about them.  My prayers are with you all. Keep your eyes on the Good Lord and he will get you through this. I love you all.

Tim and I were each shy kids in the same homeroom for 3 years at Austin High School, but we didn't really know one another.  At our reunions and I was very happy to meet Jean and hear of his accomplishments going to A&M and pursuing his dreams.  My prayers for Jean, Rossalyn and all the family as you adjust and work thru the trials of this separation.  We know of the promises of God for Eternity.

I am saddened by your families great loss.  My prayers and thoughts are with you during this season of grief.  As one man said when we can not trace God's hands we can trust His heart and I know that He will be with you during this time and beyond.

Out family has so very many fond memories with Tim, Jean, and the kids. Sharing Tim's homemade wine; our surprise visits to see you all, usually at Christmas after we moved to Louisiana; Tim showing off the pond and land; listening to The Planets symphony ( I will NEVER forget how much he loved that series!) the convertible he was so proud of; how much he loved our family... We are truly saddened by his passing. I sign this as just a small part of the memories for our family, but I know Ed and our children will have more to share. We love you all, and you are in our prayers.

So many childhood memories! I can't think of just one that would sum up how much fun we cousins had as kids. Back in the "old days" there was really nothing to do except do things together even if it was just a giggling session. From reading all of the sentiments from you Jean and your kids Tim was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He will be missed greatly.

Tim was always so much fun to be around growing up as a kid.  I remember him always outside in the yard, or by the fish pond in the backyard. I remember him laughing and smiling. Tim's spirit lives on now, all around you. Hey girl- I am so sorry to read about your dad  I have so many fun memories of him as a child! I would never know who the band queen was or the song bicycle if it wasn't for him!!!  I remember riding around in a new car (maybe a Camry or Lexus) tan color and the sunroof was open and he would turn the radio up sooo loud! Lol. I will be praying for you and your family. Give your sweet mom a hug!

So sad to hear this news. I worked with Tim for 13 years and he was aconsummate professional in every way. He was always trying to help me eat healthier and would put articles on my desk to help me.  I loved hearing his stories about wine making and we shared many gardening stories and tips.  He will be sorely missed at CenterPoint Energy.

Tim will be greatly missed.  I pray his family and friends will find peace in their many wonderful memories.

Mr. Tim is like a father to me. I have wonderful memories and some great life lessons that I will never forget. My sincere condolences.
