Tonya Katherine Briney

Born on February 11, 1973, Tonya dedicated her life to raising her children and creating a home filled with warmth, laughter, and grace. She loved cooking family meals, crafting beautiful things with her hands, and finding joy in the simple moments that made life meaningful. Her adventurous spirit shone through in her love for travel and her appreciation for the beauty of God’s world.

Tonya’s faith was the foundation of her life. She lived with a grateful heart, always offering kindness, encouragement, and love to those around her. Her gentle presence, steady faith, and devotion to her family will forever be cherished.

She is survived by her loving husband, Matt Briney; her beloved children, Pierce and Parker Briney; her parents, Connie and Jim Stringer; her brother, Clay Stringer; and many family members and dear friends who will carry her memory in their hearts.

A celebration of Tonya’s life will be held on November 16, 2025 at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home in the Woodlands, TX. Her family invites all who knew and loved her to join in honoring her beautiful life and the legacy of love she leaves behind.
