Zhengmin graduated from The University of Hawaii with a degree in Oceanic Engineering.
He was married to Yan Qian on March 7, 1998.
He was a member of The Woodlands First Baptist Church and had a passion for missions, community service, and people.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Jicheng and Leqin Qian, and his wife; Yan Qian.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on July 5, 2026, at New Hope Christian Church The Woodlands, 7575 Alden Bridge Dr, The Woodlands, Texas 77382.
