Of Mequon, WI. Wednesday October 10, 2012 age 69 years.
John proudly served his country in the U. S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam era. He always remained true to the values of the Corps and was never an “ex” Marine. After his enlistment in the Marines, he had a strong career at Forrer Business Interiors. His next big step was to venture out on his own, creating the Delta Group, a Sales Promotion Company. Perfectly utilizing his people skills and solid salesmanship, he built the Delta Group into a solid entity. Looking forward to enjoying retirement, John needed two spine surgeries which unfortunately limited his physical abilities. John had three years of constant pain…now he has none.
In life, John was always fun to be with. He gave 100 % to every adventure, whether power boating, hunting, riding one of his several Harleys, or grilling the PERFECT steak. Proud Dad of five black Labradors. The newest puppy will never know what a great dad she has. He will be terribly missed by the many who knew him and loved him, and especially by his life partner of forty-four years, Mary.
