Betty was born on January 11, 1952, to the late Ernest and Ola Maston Pinkerton in St. Mary’s WV. She was the oldest of fourteen children and spent most of her life as a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her wonderful husband Thomas Eugene Fulmer, son Thomas E. Fulmer II, brothers; Roger Dale Pinkerton, Keith Allan Pinkerton, sister Kathy Lynn Vincent and a twin brother and sister who died at birth.
Those left to cherish her memory include daughters; Tonya L. Hughes (Les) of Thomasville, NC and Wendy D. Starr (Rick) of Iola, Texas, two sons; Robert Fulmer (Sheryl) of Belleville, WV and Raymond Fulmer (Ashley) of Thomasville, NC, nine brothers and sisters in WV, fifteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Per her wishes there will be no formal service. The only wish she had was to be reunited with her husband and the family that had gone ahead of her.
Tonya and Wendy would like to express their sincerest appreciation to Hospice of Davidson County, their staff and volunteers and especially her nurse Ashley. They provided unwavering support throughout her end-of-life journey.
