Evelyne Lambeth Myers

Evelyne Lambeth Myers, age 96, of Lexington, NC, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2025, at Mountain Vista Health Park. She was born September 7, 1928, a daughter of the late Samuel and Sarona Lambeth.

Evelyne loved the Lord and was a longtime member of Cid United Methodist Church. She was known for her selfless and caring nature, looking after and helping others. Evelyne also found great joy in spending time with her family and going on traveling adventures. Her presence will be deeply missed.

In addition to her parents, Evelyne was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Myers; granddaughter, Wendy Myers; brothers, Edgar Lambeth and Ray Lambeth; and sisters, Arlene Stokes, Gladys Green, and Mary Lee “Jean” Harris.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Kenneth Myers (Cindy) and Joel Lynn Myers (Diane); grandchildren, Laura Wall, Hannah Hutchinson, Amber Myers, and Andrew Myers; great grandchildren, Victoria, Emersyn, Caleb, and Scarlett; and great-great grandchildren, Michael and Maddox.

The family will receive friends Sunday, September 7, 2025, from 2:00pm - 2:45pm at Cid United Methodist Church, 199 Cid Rd, Lexington, NC. A Celebration of Evelyne's life will follow at 3:00pm at the church. Burial will then take place in the church cemetery.

In addition to flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Mountain Vista Health Park, 106 Mt Vista Health Park Rd, Denton, NC 27239.
