Jennie Lynn Morris

Born in Winston Salem on March 18, 1960, a daughter of the late Elma Rae Hartgrove and the late John Robert Hartgrove.

Jennie was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and auditor for over 30 years. Prior to that, she worked for Southern Bell and the US Civil Service as an accountant.

She enjoyed traveling (both for work and pleasure), making new friends, reading, and especially developing and applying her skills as a quilter. She also loved to learn and went back to University to get Bachelor degrees in accounting, English Literature and marine archaeology and a Masters degree in accounting.

She enjoyed traveling (both work and personal) and making friends, reading and especially developing and applying her skills as a quilter. Jennie collected original production animation art work focusing on one of her favorite Disney movies, Robin Hood.

Jennie is survived by her husband of 45 years Ronald Bruce Morris and sister Terri Dawn Hartgrove.
