Lois was born December 21, 1933 in Davidson County to the late Dolan and Edna Everhart Walker.
Lois is survived by her daughter Betty Ann Albright of High Point; sons, George Carson Saunders of High Point, Norman Newton Saunders and wife Frances of Lexington; brothers, Robert Walker and wife Shirley, Kirby Walker and wife Sarah, all of Thomasville; a sister, Edna Mae Comer and husband Tommy of Winston-Salem; 10 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Sunday evening, February 13, 2011 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Thomasville Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held 11:00 am, Monday, February 14th at Thomasville Funeral Home Chapel with the burial to follow at Fairgrove United Methodist Church Cemetery with Pastor Robert Walker officiating.
