Todd Alexander Calloway, 58, of Thomasville, NC, died July 26, 2026, doing the thing he loved most: riding his Harley-Davison. He was born September 21, 1967, in Kinston, NC, the son of Roger Calloway and Wanda Patterson.
Todd graduated from Appalachian State University in 1990, a milestone that reflected his determination and the forward-looking spirit that shaped his life. He was also a member of the Centenary United Methodist Church in Winston-Salem.
Above all else, Todd loved his wife, Tena Calloway—his “Snow White”—and his son, Joshua Alexander. He also held close the friends and family who shared life with him, and he had a special devotion to his fur babies: Lizzie Mae, Toby, Stella, and Sadie.
Todd found happiness in the things that made everyday life feel wide and bright: cheering for Manchester United Club, the Boston Red Sox, and Miami Dolphins; riding his Harley-Davidson Road Glide; and spending time outdoors where nature, flowers, and hard work in the yard brought him peace—especially among crepe myrtles and the simple satisfaction of working outside.
Todd is survived by his wife, Tena Calloway; son, Joshua Alexander; his stepchildren, Brandon and Megan Hughes; mother, Wanda Patterson; sister, Andrea Rogers; brother-in-law, Andy Rogers; nephew, Harrison Rogers; niece, Hannah Rogers; and mother-in-law, Pat Crouch. He was preceded in death by his father, Roger Calloway; paternal grandparents, Coy and Julia Calloway; and maternal grandparents, Ralph and Margie Thomas.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 7, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Sechrest-Davis Funerals & Cremations, 18 Randolph Street, Thomasville, NC. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home, on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park.
Todd will be remembered with gratitude and affection for the joy he brought to those who knew him, and for the steady love he gave so freely to his family and friends.
