RUTLEDGE, Judith 82, of Brandon went to be with the Lord on October 5th, 2013. She was born in Winchester, KY moved to Tampa Area in 1957. She was a member of the Horizon Christian Church and she was a loving mother to Nancye and Donna Carol. She enjoyed playing dominos and winning. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Ruthledge and daughter Nancye. Survied by daughter Donna Lofley; sister Nancye Armstrong; grandson, John Barco (Kandace); and great- grandsons, Caleb and Elijah.
