Passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 20, 2012 at North York General Hospital at the age of 89. Beloved wife of Dennis Victor for over 73 years. Proud mother of Jim (Barb), Pat Thompson, Richard (Diane), Heather (Pierre Cloutier), Suzanne (Larry Levesque), John, Kathie (Raymond Jasperson) and Dennis M. (Heather). Cherished grandmother of 26 and great-grandmother of 29. Survived by her sisters Josephine English and Louise Maslen and predeceased by her siblings Hannah Hoadley, Jessie McKinnon, Violet Glendenning, Helen and Robert Booker. Friends may call on Friday, May 25, 2012 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel. Interment at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the War Amputations of Canada or the Salvation Army.
