

Tony rejoins his wife Maria and son Marco, along with his parents Emidio and Angelina. He was predeceased by his siblings Assunta (Saverino Mancini), Gabriele (Assunta), Vincenzo (Anna), and Francesco (Chiarina), and his siblings-in-law Donato Caggiano and Nicoletta Lanotte (Leonardo).
He will be deeply missed by his daughter-in-law Emily, beloved grandsons Andrew and Christian, his brother Nicola (Gabriela) and many nieces, nephews, and cousins here in Canada, Italy, and the United States. He is also survived by his siblings-in-law Anna Dorato (Guido), Bruno Sanelli (Iolanda), and Silvana Caggiano. Tony had a large extended family and many friends and neighbours who will also miss his humour and infectious smile.
The family would like to extend deep appreciation to his caregiver Analyn for her compassionate care.
Visitation will take place on Thursday, December 16, 2021 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Home, 8088 Yonge Street (at Langstaff) in Thornhill. Mass of Christian Burial will take place the following day at St. David’s Church, 2601 Major MacKenzie Drive West in Maple, at 11:00 am. Entombment will be following Mass at Beechwood Cemetery, Due to COVID-19 restrictions the service will be by invitation only.
In lieu of flowers, Antonio would request donations to CAMH or a charity of your choice.
