Beloved husband of Elena for almost sixty three years. Loving father of Yolanda (Reynaldo), Leticia (Norberto), Roberto (Emelda), Maria Elena (Sergio Simeon), Arsenio Jr. (Belinda) and the late Rosalina Nisperos. Proud grandfather of Rex Raphael, Rachelle, Reynaldo Jr., Rhoda Mae, Nesley, Jan Erich, Hedrich, Kristofer, Kevin, Natasha, Alessa, Mappi, Michael, Beverly, Arsenio Jay, Vanessa, Angela and great grandchildren Nicole Louise, Beatrice Gabrielle, Jiera Eireen and Janina Ericha. Arsenio is survived by his sisters Catalina, Agustina, Pilar, brother Joaquin, son-in-law Carlito Nisperos, many nieces and nephews and their families.

Friends may call on Thursday, November 25, 2010 & Friday, November 26, 2010 from 5 - 9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2010 at (To Confirm) at St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church (191 Wade Gate, Thornhill). Entombment to follow at Highland Memory Gardens.
