Passed away on Monday, April 21, 2008 at York Central Hospital at the age of 83. Predeceased by his beloved wife Katherine. Loving father of Anthony (Nicki), Norm (Barb), Dennis (Cindy), Valerie (Simon) Thompson, Cathy, Elaine and Sharon (Bruce) Baynton. Cherished grandfather of Jason, Eric, Anne Marie, Karen, Lisa, Christopher, Christie, Amanda, Linnea, Andrew, Daniel, Nicholas, Stephanie and Samantha and great-grandfather of Robyn, Lauren, Nicholas and Quinn. Friends may call on Tuesday, April 22, 2008 from 6-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
