Carolyn Anne Nordstrom (nee Grady) Died peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on August 2, 2014. Amazing mother of Craig and Mark, beloved daughter of Jim and Susan Grady. Dear sister of Patricia Kenuck , Cathleen Grady, and Suzanne Jackson. Favourite auntie to all her nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by her many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation at Jerrett Funeral Home, 8088 Yonge Street, Thornhill on Tuesday, August 5 from 2 to 4 pm, and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral mass to be held at Church of the Good Shepherd, 21 Simonston Blvd. Thornhill on Wednesday, August 6 at 1:00 pm.
