Passed away on Wednesday September 6th, 2006 at Sunnybrook L-Wing for veterans. Survived by his wife Helen. He is predeceased by his parents Walter and Lizzie and sisters Louise, Ruby and Maisie. Also survived by his nieces and nephews. Visitation on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the R. S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street (at Goulding, south of Steeles). Funeral service in the chapel on Tuesday September 12th at 11:00 a.m. Interment York Cemetery. If desired donations in Charlie's memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
