Charlie passed away in his sleep due to complications from diabetes. He will be missed by his sisters Mary (Bruce) Patterson, Susan (Arnold) Soloway, and Katie (Rob) Dilworth, plus five nieces and a nephew. Charlie was predeceased last year by his best friend Norman, his dog. Charlie told Katie last Christmas that he probably wouldn�t live a long life - but he would live it his way. And he did. Visitation will be held at Leaside United Church from 10:00 - 11:00a.m. on Saturday, April 28, 2007 and those who wish may join the family in a Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Toronto Wildlife Centre would be very much appreciated.
