At Toronto East General Hospital on December 29, 2007, age 48, from cancer. Wife of William (Bill), mother of R.J. and Liam Gervis. Daughter of Cleta and the late Don Smith. Sister of Connell (Lynn) and Michael (Val) Smith. Charlotte was a Beautiful person; a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. The date for a memorial service will be announced.
