Ms.Chang, Dec.28,1943-Jul.1,2008, beloved wife of Mr.Chen-Yen Lay and loving mother of Mr.Kuo-Tung Lay, who passed away suddenly but peacefully in the morning on July 1, 2008 in Humber River Regional Hospital at the age of 65. After a long-term disease of C.H.F. (Congestive Heart Failure), the condition had got worsen over time and finally, in the morning on June 30, 2008 her heart stopped during sleep and then rushed to the hospital for emergency care but however, she passed away around 9:10 am on July 1, 2008.
