Passed peacefully with his loving wife of 62 years, Helen Ruth by his side, at Leisureworld Altamont. Daniel was a loving father to Andrew (Sheila) and Katherine (Dave). Proud grandfather of Joshua, Patrick and Heather. He will be deeply missed by all of his family and friends. A visitation will be held on Saturday October 25, 2014 from 3:30 p.m. until the time of service at 4:30 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street (at Goulding, south of Steeles). Interment will take place on Monday October 27, 2014 at 1 p.m. at York Cemetery, 160 Beecroft Road (North of Sheppard Avenue, East of Yonge Street).
