Delia and David were our neighbours. But more than that, they were wonderful cornerstones of our entire neighborhood, who cared deeply about the community's well-being and made great efforts to improve things.

As the founder and long-serving President of the Bridlebrook Park Homeowners Association, Delia was instrumental in upgrading our tennis courts and facilities in our nearby ravine. Later, when Appian school closed and children in the community could no longer access the school playground, Delia fought the school board to ensure that funding was provided to build a new playground. That new little playground at the entrance to her beloved ravine is a monument to Delia, reminding us of all she did to make our community better and stronger.

 Many happy memories of Bridlebrook tennis with young Adam some times joining us.Long time neighbours & friends - we shared many events & activities many organized by theDavid & Delia team. I missed our coffee chats when I moved from the area. Goodby old friend -            'You have been a blessing.'

I only knew Delia through Facebook but we chatted a lot. She was sweet and seemed to tell it like it is. I was honored to know her 💜

My sincerest condolences to Adam and all of Delia's friends and family. I am so sorry for your loss.

I will forever treasure the many wonderful conversations I shared with Mrs. Perry, as she was affectionately known to us neighbourhood kids who were constantly playing in front of the Perry house. I will especially miss her sharp wit and the warmth she and her beloved husband, David, always showed my family.  

Adam, both of your parents were cherished community builders who helped to create so many special memories for families in the area, especially thanks to their efforts with the annual fireworks events. I look back so fondly on our childhood years in large part because of the wonderful community your incredible parents helped to foster. 

Much like her beautiful stained glass creations that shimmered in the sun, your mum sparkled so brightly. She was a light in this world and will be greatly missed. May she rest peacefully. 

My heart is with you, Adam.  May you find peace and comfort as you navigate your grief. Our whole family is thinking of you.

My deepest condolences to Adam, family, and friends. Delia will be missed by many. I get reminded of her every day, as she pops up on my FB memories. It was a friendship that started 13 yrs ago with Farmville, helping with each other's farms, and that friendship continued until dear Delia left us on her next adventure. May she be at peace♥️🙏🪽
