Passed away suddenly on April 23, 2012 at Sunnybrook Health Science Centre at the age of 82. Loving wife of Jim for over 64 years. Beloved mother of Vickie and her husband Garfield Daicoff and Linda and her husband Gerard Heap. Adored Baba of Christine and her husband Goran, Michael and his wife Brandie, Kathleen and Alison. Great Baba of Katarina, Christopher, Alexander, Benjamin and Olivia. Dita will be remembered by her brother Taki and missed by her many nieces, nephews and countless friends. Friends may call on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 from 5-9 p.m. and on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 from 3-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel. Interment to follow at York Cemetery.
