Donna Patricia Carroll

DONNA PATRICIA CARROLL (nee Roe) passed away peacefully at Hill House Hospice, on October 17th, 2017 in her 85th year. Her husband, Warren Carroll predeceased her by two years. She will be lovingly missed by daughter Erin, son Eric, and granddaughter Jocelyn Dubreuil.

Donna was a long time employee of Muldrew Insurance and later Continental Can (CCL Industries).

Donna was a tireless contributor to the community, volunteering extensively as a former Chairman of the Heintzman House and member of Heintzman House Ladies Auxillary, involved with the 7th Thornhill Cubs and Scouts, founding Treasurer of the Thornhill Figure Skating Club and North York Hospital Ladies Auxiliary. She was also a volunteer for the Thornhill Seniors Club.

As per Donna’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will not be a funeral service. A celebration of her life will be held at the Heintzman House in Thornhill Ontario, Sunday November 19th from 1pm until 5pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that expressions of sympathy be made, in her name, to Hill House Hospice hillhousehospice.com
