Douglas Dobson

Peacefully, with family by his side, on Saturday, May 17th, 2014, in his 84th year. Doug of Toronto, and Port Elgin, Ontario. Loving husband of Barb (nee Toms). Loving Dad of Bill and his wife Nancy, and John. Predeceased by his parents William and Anne Dobson, and by his brothers Bob and Bill. Doug will be fondly remembered by the many friends and colleagues he met through the financial industry in Toronto, and by the many friends and family he made and kept every summer in Port Elgin, through his cottages on Market Street.

Friends and Family are welcome to meet with Doug's family, to celebrate his life, in Port Elgin, on Saturday, May 24th, 2014, from 2 - 4pm, at the Port Elgin Chapel of the T.A. Brown Funeral Home, 510 Mill Street, 519-832-2222, and in Toronto, on Saturday, May 31st, 2014, from 2 - 4pm, at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street, 416-221-1159.

Memorial donations to the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation or the St. Michael's Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
