Born April 6, 1925, loving mother to Rodney Hopkins and dear friend to so many, said goodbye January 13, 2015. She passed peacefully at the age of 89, with her loving Angel at her side. Elsie was an incredible woman who became known simply as "Aunt Elsie" to so many. She will be remembered for her amazing love of life and infectious smile. She came to Canada from England as a War Bride in 1945 and has been making life-long friends ever since. We invite those friends able to attend, to come celebrate her life with us on Saturday January 17, 2015 from 7 p.m. until the time of service at 8 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street (at Goulding, south of Steeles). Cremation to follow. Donations in Elsie's memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Toronto.
