Erica Campbell Pipher

Passed away quietly on Thursday July 5th at Peel Manor Nursing Home in Brampton, Ontario where she had resided for over 11 years. She was born in Toronto on September 18th, 1928. She attended Northern Vocational High School where she was a beautiful cheerleader. She was a loving and caring mother to three daughters; Susan Haskell (California), Leslie Bellinger (Unionville) and Laurie Loney (Bolton). They were a great source of pride , as were her sons- in- law Lewis, Scott and Peter and grandchildren Chris, Geoff, Alana, Sierra and Stuart.

Erica enjoyed a long happy marriage of 57 years with Harold Mullaney Pipher who predeceased her by 7 months. They loved to travel and enjoyed many years at "the chalet" in Mansfield. Her favorite pastimes were playing tennis and volunteering at Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Center. She was an associate of The Sisterhood of Saint John the Divine Convent and often enoyed retreats there. Erica is now at peace with her mother Margaret, sister Pat and her brothers Peter and Allen.

Friends may call on Saturday July 14th, 2007 at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home ( 6150 Yonge St. south of Steeles, at Goulding) between 10 and 11 am. A memorial service will begin in the chapel at 11 am. Interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Center, (416- 425-6220) 350 Rumsey Road Toronto ON. M4G 1R8 or the Alzheimer Society of Canada
