After a courageous battle with cancer, on Sunday, May 30, 2010 at her home at the age of 77. Predeceased by her beloved husband Kenneth (1985). Loving mother of Robert (Madeleine), Linda (late Rheal) Liard and Raymond (Kathie). Cherished grandmother of Rochelle, Crystal, Karyn, Hollie, Michelle, Tim, Bobbi-Jo, Cory, Kenneth, and great-grandmother of 18. Survived by her brother Clifford and sister Anna. Special thanks to Shirley and Winston White for their loving care of our mother. The family appreciates the special bond formed between our mother and her nurse Virginia and Dr. Dahua Pankowski. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 3, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles) with visitation from 10:00 a.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Sunnybrook Foundation.
