Passed away peacefully on Sunday September 18, 2011 in her 96th year at her home with her son and daughter by her side. She is survived by her daughter Patty Page and her husband Douglas Farquhar and Michael Page and his wife Bernice Lyons Page. Loving grandmother to Melanie, Erik and great grandmother to Isabella. A Celebration of Frances's Life will take place on Tuesday September 20, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at the R. S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street (at Goulding, south of Steeles). Interment York Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to The Temmy Latner Centre for Palliative Care would be appreciated by the family.
