Suddenly and peacefully, surrounded by his beloved wife Louise and family, on Monday July 16, 2007, in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Louise of 51 years. Devoted and loving father to Joseph (Brian) and John (Mary Ann), brother to May Chun (Nieh), brother-in-law to Chow, Sau Ying (Chak Kwok) Sau Mui, Sau Ling (Ping Hon), Steven (Linda), and Sabrina (Kam Ming). Beloved cousin to Kai Tim and family and uncle to numerous nieces and nephews around the world. A brilliant scholar, engineer, talented chess and mahjong player, skilled fisherman, with a witty

sense of humour,and a connoisseur of fine travels. Frank will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him. Family and friends may call at the R.S.
